1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using Roam AU ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Roam AU ("we", "us", "our").
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or unlawful content (reviews, photos, costs or locations).
- Harass other users, impersonate others, or post abusive or hateful content.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the App or its services.
- Use the App for any illegal activity under Australian law.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the reviews, photos and other content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Roam AU a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use that content within the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post, including photos, and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
5. Third-party services
The App may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as Google Calendar, mapping providers and affiliate partners). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" for trip planning and discovery. Site information, opening hours, facilities and costs may change without notice — always verify details with official sources before you travel. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of the App, and you use it at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Roam AU is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on site information or routes while travelling.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the App's settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that harms the App or its community.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be highlighted in the App.
10. Governing law
